SCHEDULE 2 U.K. Modification of Part II in its Application to Certain Benefices

Benefice comprising two or more parishes U.K.

1 U.K. Where a benefice comprises two or more parishes then, except in a case in which paragraph 19 or 20 below applies, the provisions of Part II of this Measure shall have effect subject to the modifications for which paragraphs 2 to 18 below provide.
