This Instrument brings into force, on 1st July 2013, provisions in the Clergy Discipline (Amendment) Measure 2013 in respect of the issuing of a Code of Practice by the Clergy Discipline Commission pursuant to section 39 of the Clergy Discipline Measure 2003 F1.
