19.  In Schedule 1 to the Restriction of Liberty Order etc. (Scotland) Regulations 2013(1) (prescribed courts)—

(a)in Part 1 (prescribed courts for the purposes specified in regulation 3(1))—

(i)after paragraph 1 insert—

“1A.  The Sheriff Appeal Court;”; and

(ii)omit paragraph 3; and

(b)in Part 2 (prescribed courts for the purposes specified in regulation 3(2)), after paragraph 1 insert—

“1A.  The Sheriff Appeal Court;”.
