2.—(1) Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations apply to—
(a)applications for listed building consent;
(b)applications for conservation area consent; and
(c)applications for variation or discharge of conditions,
made on or after 1st October 2015.
(2) Regulation 16 applies in respect of an order under section 21 of the Act (revocation and modification of listed building consent by planning authority) made on or after 1st October 2015.
(3) These Regulations do not apply to applications for consent under section 73B of the Act(1) (urgent works relating to Crown land: application).
