The Scottish Land Court, with the approval of the Scottish Ministers, makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 12 of the Schedule 1 to the Scottish Land Court Act 1993(1).
1993 c.45. Paragraph 12 of Schedule 1 has been amended by the Crofting Reform etc. Act 2007 (asp 7) section 34(7)(a). The functions of the Secretary of State and the Treasury were transferred to the Scottish Ministers by virtue of section 53 of the Scotland Act 1998 (c.46).
