Appointed day
2. 21st December 2013 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Water Resources (Scotland) Act 2013 (in so far as they are not already in force)—
(a)sections 23 to 28 (Scottish Water’s functions);
(b)sections 30 and 31 (raw water quality); and
(c)sections 34 to 37 (sewerage network).
