Amendment of the Legal Profession and Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 2007

4.—(1) The Legal Profession and Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 2007(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In section 78(1A) (ancillary provision)(2), after “may” insert “by order”.
