The Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2011 No. 8 (C. 2)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order brings into force on 19th January 2011 section 1 of, and paragraph 8(7) of schedule 1 to, the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 (“the Act”).

The Act received Royal Assent on 6th January 2011. Part 20 (other than section 203) came into force on Royal Assent.
