3.  For regulation 3(3)(b) of the Animal By Products (Identification) Regulations 1995(1), substitute

“(b)any bovine carcase or body part which must be disposed of in accordance with paragraph 7(2) of Schedule 2 to the Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies (Scotland) Regulations 2006(2);”.
