15.  In paragraph 4(2)(b) of the Schedule (membership of the Arts Council) to the Arts Council (Northern Ireland) Order 1995(1), after “bankrupt” insert “or has had a debt relief order made in respect of him”, and after “bankruptcy restrictions order” insert “ or a debt relief restrictions order”.
