SCHEDULE 4 N.I. REPRESENTATION (HIGHER COURTS)

PART 1 N.I. General

[F1 13.   In respect of claims for costs made under Table 1 of Part 5 of this Schedule, travel may be claimed by solicitor only from the solicitor’s office to which the certificate relates at the rate of £15 per hour and mileage at the rate of 35.7p per mile. No claim shall be entertained for waiting time.] N.I.
