The Department for Social Development makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 8(1), (2), (3) and (5), 9(1), (2) and (3), 25(2) and 28(2) of, and paragraphs 1 and 9 of Schedule 2 to, the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007 M1.
