Appointed Day
2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of—
(a)Section 6 (docking of dogs’ tails) other than subsections (16) and (17); and
(b)Schedule 1 (dogs specified for the purposes of section 6(7)),
of the Welfare of Animals Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 is the 1st day of January 2013.
