RECOVERY OF HEALTH SERVICES CHARGES

The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 1 (2) of the Recovery of Health Services Charges (Northern Ireland) Order 2006(1).
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Recovery of Health Services Charges (2006 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006.
(2) In this Order “the Order” means the Recovery of Health Services Charges (Northern Ireland) Order 2006.
2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of the Order, for the purposes only of making regulations or orders, is 4th December 2006 and for all other purposes, in so far as it is not already in operation, is 29th January 2007.
