8. Nothing in regulation 3 of the Ionising Radiation Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000(1) shall prejudice the application of these Regulations in circumstances not falling within the scope of regulation 3 of the Ionising Radiation Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000.
