Housing Benefit: Excluded tenancies
7. In Schedule 1B to the Housing Benefit Regulations(1) (excluded tenancies) in paragraph 2(3)(c) for “for the purposes of paragraph 2” there shall be substituted “under paragraph 2(2)”.
