Interpretation N.I.

22.  In this Schedule— N.I.

• “financial year” means

  (a)

  the period beginning with the appointed day and ending on the next following 31st March; and

  (b)

  any subsequent period of twelve months ending on 31st March; and

• “member” means a member of the Institute.
