2.—(1) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 (c.33) applies to this Order as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
(2) In this Order “the principal Order” means the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 (NI 11).
(3) This Order shall be construed as one with the principal Order.
