41. Schedule 1 shall have effect with respect to the making by a court of orders relating to certain tenancies if—
(a)a decree of divorce, a decree of nullity of marriage or a decree of judicial separation is granted; or
(b)an order is made under Article 18(2)(i) of the Domestic Proceedings (Northern Ireland) Order 1980(1), other than such an order made as an interim exclusion order by virtue of Article 21 of that Order.
