The Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 (c. 8) N.I.

20  In section 149 (Social Security Advisory Committee), in subsection (5) in the definition of “the relevant enactments”, before paragraph (b) insert— N.I.

“(am) the provisions of Part 1 of the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2015;”.
