Section 11: Annual Report
23.This section places a duty on the Board, as soon as possible after the end of each financial year, to lay before the Assembly an annual report. The annual report will extend to all of the Board’s activities, including its use of resources, during the preceding financial year. It will be open to relevant Assembly committees to consider the report in detail.
