(1)The 1995 Act is amended as follows.
(2)In section 59A (hospital directions)—
(a)in subsection (1), “, not being a child,” is repealed,
(b)in subsection (10), after the definition of “medical treatment” insert—
““sentence of imprisonment” includes any sentence of detention,”.
