SCHEDULE S Further modification of the 2005 Act

Removal of former bodies S

3 (1) Section 3 (Scottish Charity Register) of the 2005 Act is modified as follows.

(2) In subsection (6)—

(a) after paragraph (a), the word “and” is repealed,

(b) after paragraph (b), insert “, and

(c) must, if an entry is in respect of a body which has ceased to exist, remove the entry.”.
