(1)The following provisions of this Act come into force on the day after Royal Assent—
(a)in Part 1, sections 3, 4 and 5,
(b)Part 3,
(c)this Part.
(2)The other provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may by regulations appoint.
