8(1)Redress Scotland may pay or make arrangements for the payment of pensions and allowances to, or in respect of, any person who is or has been a member of staff of Redress Scotland.S
(2)Those arrangements may include—
(a)making payments towards the provision of those pensions and allowances,
(b)providing and maintaining schemes for the payment of those pensions and allowances.
