(1)The 2003 Act is amended as follows.
(2)After section 59 insert—
“59ACompensation under repairing tenancies
The Scottish Ministers may by regulations provide that Part 4, in its application to repairing tenancies, has effect with such modifications as the regulations may specify.”.
