16Clerk's duty to monitor complianceS

(1)The Clerk must monitor compliance with the duties imposed by or under this Act on—
(a)persons who engage in regulated lobbying, and
(b)voluntary registrants.
(2)In monitoring compliance the Clerk must have regard to the parliamentary guidance (see section 43).
