Schedule 3 – Crown Land
111.This schedule provides that the powers of entry in Parts 2 (control of water abstraction) and 7 (water shortage orders) may only be exercised in relation to Crown land with the consent of the appropriate authority. Paragraph 2 defines “Crown land” and “appropriate authority”.
