Notification of requirement of secrecy

21 The counting officer must make such arrangements as are reasonably practicable to ensure that every person attending the proceedings in connection with the issue or receipt of postal ballot papers has been given a copy of sub-paragraphs (7), (9) and (10) of paragraph 7 of schedule 7.
