SCHEDULE 5 S Transfer of constables, staff and property etc.

Senior officers appointed under section 7 S

4 S An individual who, immediately before the appointed day, holds the office of chief constable, deputy chief constable or assistant chief constable by virtue of appointment in accordance with section 7 is, on and after the appointed day, to serve as a constable of the Police Service.
