4SIn section 59 (general principles)—
(a)in subsection (1) the words “, the Commission” are repealed,
(b)after subsection (4), insert—
“(5)In subsection (2), “care service” means a care service as defined in section 47(1) of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (asp 8).”.
