Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 (asp 14) S

29 S In section 17(5)(c) (information relevant to listing decisions)—

(a) sub-paragraph (x) is repealed,

(b) the word “or” immediately following sub-paragraph (xi) is repealed,

(c) after that sub-paragraph add—

“(xii) Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland, or”.
