Change of name, office or constitution S

A registered social landlord must give the Regulator notice of—

(a) any change to—

(i) its name, or

(ii) its registered or principal office,

(b) any amendment to its constitution (other than a change of name or office),

within 28 days of the change or amendment being made.]
