20 Reports about supervised persons S

(1) Section 203 of the 1995 Act (reports) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (3), for the words from “the offender” to the end substitute—

“(a) the offender,

(b) the offender's solicitor (if any), and

(c) the prosecutor.”.
