77 S In section 65 of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (restrictions on the use of statements), in subsection (2)(c), for “section 2 of the False Oaths (Scotland) Act 1933 (c.20)” substitute “ section 44(2) of the Criminal Law (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 1995 (c.39) ”.
