The Criminal Law (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 1995 (c.39) S

21 S The Criminal Law (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 1995 is amended as follows.

22 S Section 16 (powers of search) is repealed.

23 S In section 23 (interpretation of Part 2), in the definition of “period of a designated sporting event”, for “in” substitute “ it ”.
