4 S A summary of flood-related measures taken under—

[F1 (a) Directive 2011/92/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment, as last amended by Directive 2014/52/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council]

[F2 (b) Directive 2012/18/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances, amending and subsequently repealing Council Directive 96/82/EC,]

(c) Directive 2001/42/EC of the European Parliament and the Council on the assessment of the effects of certain plans and programmes on the environment,

(d) any other [F3 EU] instrument which SEPA considers relevant to flood risk management, and

(e) the 2003 Act.
