SCHEDULE S Modification of enactments

The 1995 Act S

24 S In section 292 (mode of trial of certain offences) of the 1995 Act—

(a) in subsection (2)(b)(ii), the words “subject to subsection (3) below,” are repealed,

(b) subsection (3) is repealed.
