52Publication of guidance and other information

(1)The Commission may—
(a)prepare and publish information and other materials; and
(b)carry on any other activities,
that it considers appropriate for the purposes of informing and educating the public about the matters mentioned in subsection (2) below.
(2)Those matters are—
(a)the Commission’s functions;
(b)the functions and, subject to section 56(1) of this Act, the activities of judicial officers; and
(c)the law of and procedures and practice relating to diligence.
