Banning orders S

25 Powers of arrest S

(1) The sheriff may attach a power of arrest to any—

(a) banning order, or

(b) temporary banning order.

(2) Any such power of arrest—

(a) becomes effective when it is served (together with such documents as may be prescribed) on the subject of the order, and

(b) expires together with the order to which it is attached.
