57 Interpretation S

(1) The “principal Act” is the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (c. 8).

(2) The “listed buildings Act” is the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997 (c. 9).
