SCHEDULE 1 S Powers of inspectors and constables for Part 2

Entry and inspection in connection with Community obligations S

1 (1) An inspector may enter and inspect any premises for the purpose of ascertaining compliance with any regulations made under Part 2 which implement a Community obligation. S

(2) Sub-paragraph (1) does not apply in relation to domestic premises.
