6Fundable bodiesS
[F1(1)In this Act, “fundable body” means—
(a)any body specified in schedule 2; and
(b)any regional strategic body (see section 7B).]
(2)In this Act, any reference to a fundable [F2post-16 education] body means a body specified in [F3schedule 2].
