Section 9 (arbitration as to permanent pasture) of the 1991 Act applies in relation to short limited duration tenancies [F1, limited duration tenancies, modern limited duration tenancies and repairing tenancies] as it does in relation to 1991 Act tenancies, but as if the references to the holding were references to the land.
