6 Funding of the [F1 Commission] S

(1) The Scottish Ministers may make grants to the [F1 Commission] in respect of the [F1 Commission's] expenses.

(2) Scottish Water must make to the [F1 Commission], in respect of the [F1 Commission's] expenses, payments of such amounts, and at such times, as the Scottish Ministers may direct.
