41 S In section 63 (provision of water supply for new buildings and houses)—

(a) in subsection (1A), for the words from “the water” to the end substitute “ Scottish Water ”,

(b) in subsection (2)—

(i) for “the water authority” substitute “ Scottish Water ”,

(ii) for “the authority” substitute “ Scottish Water ”,

(iii) for “their” substitute “ its ”.
