In subsection (4) of section 7 of the 1985 Act (reasons for which traffic regulation conditions may be determined)—
(a)the word “or” immediately after paragraph (a) is repealed; and
(b)after paragraph (b) there shall be inserted “; or
(c)reduce or limit noise or air pollution.”.
