It shall be the duty of—
(a)every member of a police force; and
[F1(b)the Director General, the Deputy Director General and every police member of the Scottish Crime and Drug Enforcement Agency,]
F1to comply with any request of a Surveillance Commissioner for documents or information required by the Commissioner for the purpose of enabling the Commissioner to carry out the functions of such a Commissioner under sections 13 to 17 above.
