46 E+W In section 6 of the Environment (Wales) Act 2016 (biodiversity and resilience of ecosystems duty)—

(a) in subsection (9), in the definition of “public authority”, in paragraph (e)—

(i) for “authority,” substitute “ authority and ”;

(ii) omit “and a strategic planning panel”;

(b) in subsection (10), omit the definition of “strategic planning panel”.
