PART I N.I. TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS

N.I. Transfers of registrations from local registries to central office

7 N.I. Where, immediately before the commencement of this Act, the title to any land was registered in a local office, such registration shall, subject as may be prescribed, be transferred to the central office, and, for the purpose of this paragraph, a duplicate folio of any land so registered maintained in the central office shall be deemed to be the original folio.
